Credentials
TLS material and idempotent bootstrap SQL use opaque references. Volatile mode-0600 files are assembled immediately before startup and removed after readiness.
Initialization and lifecycle
Initial system tables are created before the daemon starts. Database state remains in /var/lib/aos-pkg-mariadb across package and configuration generations.
Network policy
Keep the default loopback listener unless remote clients are required, and pair every non-loopback binding with an explicit AOS firewall rule.
